Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Orders (U.S.) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

International Orders We ship internationally on most products. Please note that the Lira Clinical product line is not available for international shipping.International orders may also be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jessica@earthesthetics.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
